Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if items are no longer available.
Advance Booking
Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance. Same-day bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and admin approval.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available to Antipolo, Taytay, Marikina, and Cogeo. Delivery fees are fixed per location and are added to your booking total. You are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive the items.
Rental Period
Items are rented for the agreed event date. Extended rentals must be requested in advance. Failure to return items on time may incur additional fees.
Damage & Loss
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of rented items during the rental period. Replacement costs will be charged based on the item's replacement value.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
AG Rental Hub is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of rented equipment. Renters use the equipment at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
